Home Concept Katowice is a modern commercial and service facility, where aluminum joinery played a key role in creating a distinctive and elegant structure. Large glazing, minimalist form, and refined details emphasize the prestige of this place. The project was carried out by Ledo comprehensively – from technical design to installation of the highest standard.
Description:
The project uses Aliplast MC Wall and MC Glass facade systems, which have made it possible to create representative, glazed elevations. An innovative, proprietary water drainage solution has been implemented in the facade system of the IWC Home building, which is a unique approach in this type of project. The main entrance was equipped with automatic doors in the Aliplast Imperial system, and Aliplast FR65 fire protection systems were used inside, guaranteeing the highest level of safety. The entire investment was carried out comprehensively, including the production, delivery, and installation of aluminum joinery, using tight warm installation technology, vapor-tight and vapor-barrier tapes, and system foundations.
