He has been involved in the aluminum joinery industry for 8 years, specializing in quality management, supervision of the Factory Production Control (FPC) system, and process computerization. He is responsible for implementing and maintaining standards in accordance with European norms, coordinating activities between technical, production, and sales departments, and optimizing production processes. At LEDO, he is also involved in the development and maintenance of computer systems supporting production, quality, and online sales, as well as e-commerce market analysis. Combining technical knowledge with a practical approach to management, he introduces innovative solutions that increase the company's efficiency and improve product quality.
